Julius is a professional accountant with over 12 years’ of experience in finance, grants, procurement and logistics and administration. He manages all financial and grant activities under each project and program undertaken by the Association. Julius is responsible for financial and project and grant management, strategic analysis, overseeing and directing treasury audit, tax, accounting and budgeting. He is also skilled in long-range forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management and reporting. Julius has experience in appraising organization's project financial position, supervise implementation of project budgets, manage finance departments operations and office management as well as designing, monitoring, and implementing policies.
